This luxurious and grand resort is situated on the beach of Palo Seco just north of the popular Manuel Antonio. Playa Isla Palo Seco is located about 25 km from the city of Quepos with the magnificent Manuel Antonio National Park, and 45 km from Jaco and only two hours from San Jose.

Eight rooms have two queen beds each while four rooms have king-sized beds. Each room is built with local and natural materials such as bamboo furniture, green stones, teak wood structures, and high-end finishes. The buildings are made up of solid concrete and rebar construction where you could build a second story on top of each villa and could lift the roof.
The house has elegant 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms that provide you with the option of living onsite or can be used as additional revenue for weekly rentals while managing the hotel. And additional housing for employees is situated on-site with 2 bedrooms and a shared bath.
Clandestino has a unique commercial water filtration system using osmosis to purify all water that is used within the resort in a 25,000 liter water bank.
