Once you buy this home you can pay a $60 a month fee to have access to the eco-village. There is a saltwater pool in the community, bar, restaurant, pool table, ping pong table, recycling center, and garbage disposal.

The best part is the organic food that is produced within the village. There is a crew of workers that maintain the eco-village and grow organic fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Twice a week you can put a basket out and the workers will fill it with fresh produce or you can pick your own at any time.
