This unique home is located in the safe gated community Manuel Antonio Estates, which is not only close to the center of Manuel Antonio, the beach and the National Park, but also in walking distance to the center of Quepos with great shopping opportunities, bars and restaurants. Even though the house is so close to both towns, you will feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. The flora of the hilly property attracts all kinds of birds you can enjoy watching from the balcony or the porch of the house.
The interior design of the house is orientated on the natural views surrounding it, bamboo features all over the house give Casa Cascada a really special atmosphere. Equipped with all modern amenities you need, like Air conditioning, Flat screen TV, Washer/ Dryer, Dishwasher and more, the decoration of the house still gives you the Costa Rican jungle feeling for making your vacation experience special.
Walking up the stairs to the house, which is raised on piles, you can see a natural shaped waterfall below, that flows into a exceptional pool area. Several deck chairs around the pool and a BBQ grill give you the opportunity to have cookouts after a long day at the beach and relax with the sounds of nature surrounding you.
Once you go inside, there is a spacious living room, which is connected to the dining room and kitchen as well. Large sliding glass doors lead you to the balcony outside, which has a great view over the tropical trees. On either side of the living room, the rooms are constructed identically. There is a Master bedroom with access to the balcony and a fully equipped private bath, which has a door to the balcony as well. If you step out, there is an outdoor shower, so the choice of your surroundings while showering is completely up to you!
Casa Cascada is perfect for two couples since the layout has common areas, but still provides privacy on both sides of the house. But also families would enjoy it just as much! Stay here and you won't miss a thing!
