Here is where people within a 90 minute radius arrive for all types of service–medical, dental, legal, mechanical, etc. It is also the closest city to Costa Rica’s highest point, Cerro Chirripo. The other direction are the beaches, with the surf town of Dominical a 20 minute drive, and Manuel Antonio, with its beach and national park about an hour away..
