As you enter the home into the open floor plan living room and kitchen you are drawn to the outdoor living room with expansive ocean views over the marble tiled infinity edge pool. This area is where you will spend most of your time and become your main entertainment area. The outdoor living room is equipped with its own BBQ for grilling the fresh catch of the day as you enjoy some beverages as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef and ample space in the solid wood cabinets and drawers, elegant granite counter tops, and high-end appliances. Gas cook top and a wall oven and microwave for a sleek modern design. The living room is highlighted by a surround sound entertainment center and flat screen TV all cleanly mounted on a textured tile accent wall. There is also a half bathroom for guests in the hallway.
The two guest master bedrooms have their own on-suite full bathrooms with dual sinks and mirrors, and of course ocean view showers! Also the two guest masters have their own covered terrace to sit with views of the ocean and the surrounding forest. Both guest rooms have armoire closets and a vanity or desk space created with rustic style hardwood slab.
The third bedroom we’ll call the “master-master” and it is one of the most unique bedrooms in the Costa Ballena. Views from both sides of the room with direct access out to the pool deck and views towards the famous Whale’s Tail.
