The property sits at approx 400 ft elevation and is a 5 min drive to town, and then just 5 more minutes to empty beaches, and also 5 min to Playa Dominical. The property is on a dead-end road and has a gated entry to the driveway that brings you to the parking area. The minute you pull into the property you are greeted by the infinity-edge swimming pool and the spectacular ocean views. There is a great lawn area next to the pool.
