This ocean view estate property is absolutely amazing. When you enter the 14.5-acre property you leave the outside world behind and you enter a tropical Costa Rican paradise. The property sits at aprox 900 ft elevation and has one of the most breathtaking ocean views you have ever seen. It has all year sunsets over the pacific and you can see the waves breaking all the way up the coast. A good portion of the property is the primary jungle and the trees are spectacular. You will see all kinds of wildlife including monkeys, toucans, and sloths.
The property is located in Lagunas, a mountain community close to Playa Dominical. It has a mix of locals and foreigners. Lagunas has great roads and an excellent legal water system. It is a 15 min drive to town and the beach.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is situated at one end of the HUGE infinity-edge lap pool. Each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom. There is a nice modern kitchen, laundry room, and dining and living room area. The pool and pool deck is amazing. The huge infinity-edge pool is the perfect place to exercise, play with the family, or just relax with a drink in your hand.
The guest house is situated at the opposite end of the pool and is very private. It has a kitchen and a full bathroom. Below is a beautiful rancho area with hammocks perfect for relaxing or doing yoga. There is also a garage at the entrance to the property that is currently being used as a caretaker home. The original owners lived in it while they built the home, so it is equipped with a bathroom and kitchen area.
The main building site on this property has still not been built on so there is still room to design your dream home at the top of the hill. There are several other areas that can also be built on. The property is currently a vacation rental and there are excellent property managers in place. The property also has a bunch of mature fruit trees.
