Casa Azul is conveniently located on the Manuel Antonio road about halfway between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It is in a small development of lovely mediterranean style homes that blend a great location with amazing views and breezes. The main area is open and consists of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. There are many large Mediterranean style windows that provide a panoramic view. A door opens from the living area onto a full length balcony on the rear of the house. The views are amazing and go from breath taking mountain views to ocean and costal views that are hypnotizing.
The home has four bedrooms. The Master has a an adjoining bath. There is a second bedroom is on the same level as the master. There is also a second bath on this level. A third bedroom is off the main level. The fourth bedroom is off the pool level and has its own bath. All bedrooms and the main living area are air conditioned. There are also ceiling fans in each area.
The views from Casa Azul and pool are special. To the west is the Pacific ocean, to the north and east are rainforest mountains. The lights from the town of Quepos can be viewed at night. The pool is a large infinity style with a full view of the ocean, town, and mountains. The pool is totally private. The depth is five feet throughout, good for swimming!
Parking is at the villa. There are two covered spots and parking for two more on the street in front. The street is used only by us and a couple of neighbours. New, tropical landscaping for the property attracts many species of birds, butterflies, and monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans and brightly colored smaller birds. Sometimes a troop of squirrel monkeys comes through and plays on the decks.
From the Casa Azul it is one mile to the town, two miles to the beach, and three miles to Manuel Antonio park. It is located near the best hotels with many good restaurants nearby.
One of the most dynamic options regarding this property is the strength of its turn key ready rental business which is generating strong annual income for the owners. The home sale, includes a website which has been optimised and generating a passive income for the owners, as well as as all marketing materials, trained staff and operations team, all existing reservations and past databases of clients.
