As you hike through the property you'll find, fruit trees, jungle trails, 200 plants of vanilla and natural waterfall pools.
With so much water naturally running through the property year-round and springs the water won't be a problem. The property does not have electric power so solar panels or hydro turbine generators will be required. making this land easily buildable into anything you want.
