Back Ground: The sellers were very selective as they rode on horseback, touring the coastal mountain range in the early '90's looking for "the" property. They had their pick of properties at that time as they pre-date most of the current residents in the area. View was a primary driving force and so they selected what is now known as Pacific Edge. Heck, even the road leading to the property is called the Pacific Edge Road in Google Maps.
