This unique property is located in northern Santa Teresa, only a minute drive down to some of the best surfing that Santa Teresa has to offer. It is accessed via a well-maintained, cement road – it is both easy to access and central to the bars, restaurants and shops of town, yet tucked away in the lush tropical forest.
This lodge is an oasis, offering jaw-dropping views, abundant wildlife and tranquility. Arriving at the property you are greeted by the verdant jungle and spectacular views out over the Pacific ocean. The lodge has three stories – all of which enjoy fantastic ocean views.
In total there are 7 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms. There are two spacious ocean view suites on the first floor and two more on the second floor. Each of the suites is equipped with AC, private bathroom, kitchen and private balcony area.
On the second floor, there is also a comfortable manager’s apartment, which has AC, a private bathroom, kitchen and a jungle-view balcony. On the third floor, there is the penthouse, which has the most jaw-dropping, incredible views! Not only can you watch the waves breaking from up here, you also get the lush jungle views and at night you have an immense sky above for star gazing.
The penthouse has a bedroom, kitchen, large deck and bathroom. Living up here with the incredible views would be heavenly! There is one other room, called the Bird Cage, which is separate from the main building. It has an AC ocean view bedroom and balcony upstairs and a bathroom downstairs.
The property also has a good-sized ocean view swimming pool, with a wrap around deck that can be used for yoga. There is a bathroom and small kitchen under the pool area for staff.
The lot measures 5,000m2 and there are further locations on the property that you could build if so desired. The total construction size of the lodge is 870m2.
The property has a fully permitted and concessioned well that provides great water all year round. The property is currently running as an Airbnb, and makes good income every year.
It is a popular place to stay, given its proximity to the beach, the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, and the absolutely fantastic ocean views.
