Just behind it is an 861sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom freshly decorated home with its own private deck outback and patched with local flowers and trees. This house has its own good-sized private circular pool completely surrounded by tropical plants for privacy.

Just ahead are 5 delightful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabins, each with very private outdoor living areas under arching thatched roofs. There are four identical sized 377 sq ft cabins, each is uniquely decorated in an ocean theme with tranquil colors and original artwork, each has a King bed, desk, fridge, and coffee maker, and all face the gorgeous, large turquoise swimming pool and waterfall. One of the cabins is larger at 538 sq ft and has a large covered terrace outback.

These 5 cabins share one large ceramic tiled pool with an entire waterfall wall. There is an outdoor hand-painted shower beside the main pool. On the back side of the pool is a spacious 915 sq ft building with a high, vaulted ceiling and a large covered terrace all under a thatched roof—this is where your guests will enjoy their breakfasts or sit on the comfortable couches and make new friends. It is possible to have a restaurant here too to generate more income. Behind the scenes is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges ready to turn out delicious meals.

Beyond the pool and behind the common dining /lounging room is a Spa with 2 massage tables where guests can relax and melt their cares away. There is also a large laundry room area with 2 brand-new washers and 2 brand-new dryers.

Last, you arrive at the 1507 sq ft “owners” home that is 2 bed, 2 bath and has its own pool and jacuzzi and is set to be completed in February 2023. This home has its own gate and its own entrance from a back road.
