This 12.8-hectare property is conveniently situated in Quebrada Ganado, a stroll away from the town center. Located an hour and 15 minute drive from the valley and international airport its commercial value is poised to rise due to the upcoming Orotina airport. Moreover, its proximity to the highway, Punta Leona, and the picturesque beaches of Agujas and Bochinche further enhances its allure. The property elevation ranging from 200 to 300 meters provides vistas of the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Nicoya surrounded by mountains and cascading waterfalls.

Plans entail creating food streets and forests establishing botanical gardens well and addressing river crossings. The project also aims to involve the community through profit-sharing schemes and museum ventures.

Community;
Quebrada Ganados 3000 residents form the project’s workforce given its proximity to the property. The project strives for a car setting by providing cars or golf carts for transportation. Communal orchards and gardens are in the works along with efforts to conserve the Aguja Rivers environment. Collaboration with institutions is sought for training programs and community enhancement.

Zoning;
The property is divided into five zones serving purposes such, as agriculture, housing, and recreational spaces. Zone 1 focuses on food production while Zone 2 features food forests and eco-friendly residences.
Zone 3 focuses on building infrastructure such, as a hotel and spaces whereas Zones 4 and 5 highlight agroforestry, pools, and reforestation initiatives.
