The farm is located in the Cajón de Grecia, at 1600 meters above sea level, where it is known to be excellent for the production of this delicious grain. Mostly planted with coffee of very good varieties such as Caturra 50%, Villa Sarchí 10%, Catuaí 10%, and some hybrids 30%, with great possibility of increasing production since there are areas of pasture and forest that can be planted. In addition, the farm has its own mill, Penago brand, brought from Colombia, to carry out the entire agro-industrial process; with all the necessary facilities, including drying, product storage, and the final drying, grinding, and packaging process. In addition, it has its own registered coffee brand.
It has its own water to carry out 90% of the necessary processes, with equipment technology where little water is used, to then be redistributed and reused on the farm itself.
The Quebrada Los Ángeles and the San Juan River pass through this property and it has its own headwaters. It also has a house for the manager and coffee pickers.
