The farm is only 4.5 km from the highway near Ciudad Cortez on a mountain road. You will need a good pickup truck to access the farm. The last kilometer is pretty steep but easily accessible in a good 4x4 in the dry season. For the rainy season, a rock would need to be put down on the last few km of the road, ideally compacted “lastry”. There are no power hookups but there is a home 2km down the road that does have power so it would be possible to hook up power here although a renewable source like solar or hydropower from the river on the property would be great. There are at least 3 year round springs on the property and a river that has several waterfalls.There are a few flat building areas with amazing ocean views on one side and mountains on the other.The area is known for the bio-diversity.
