Ceibo Ocean View Farm is a 42-hectare (104 acres) farm in the mountains above Uvita, where rolling hills afford stunning views down to the Parque Nacional Marino Ballena and its iconic whale's tail. The farm is 75% pasture with the remainder older growth forest or secondary forest. Two year-round springs supply fresh water to the land while municipal water and electricity run along the public road delineating its southern border.
The farm is located near the midpoint between Uvita and San Isdiro de General and boasts an ideal climate with cool, mosquito-free evenings, and mid-day temps around 80-degrees F. Consequently, it is ideally situated for trips to the beach or shopping trips to the superior selection and lower prices of stores in San Isidro Valley being equidistant from both.
