This beautiful lot is 11,525 square meters (2.85 acres) and it´s located right off of Playa Junquillal, exactly at the point where the paved road hits the beach, right next to the Junquillal Eco Resort Hotel. Nearby this lot is a public park in which the community guards the turtle eggs of endangered species that nest on this beach. There is nothing between the property and the beach visually. On the other side of the road there´s a small public park space and then the sand. The Uso de Suelo is Touristic Lodging (Hospedaje Turístico). It is a concession that has to be renewed every twenty years. The next renewal is it 2028; the last renewal process was in 2008 with no problems at all.
This lot has ample water, as well as all necessary services (water, electricity, high speed internet and cable) already at the lot.
