– Occupancy is based on 2 people per room until all bedrooms are rented
– For each guest above 12 in 6 bedroom rental there is an additional fee:
– $525 a week in high season and special holiday weeks
– $425 a week in mid season
– $325 a week in low season
– Maximum occupancy is 16 guests
